Champagne crusher
This outfit was one of the first corsets I attempted to make from a pattern,
feeling courageous and being backed up by a teacher (yes, a real teacher!)
The skirt is a proper skirt,(not a pattern) made out of the scraps of the
corset, and is a bit like a "joker"'s neck, with pointey bits of
fabrics. I love this skirt, amd for the first time actually embellished it
by sewing some yellow beads on it. It took a while but it was well worth it.
It is worn on top of a black tulle petitcoat...
Otherwise it would just be way too revealing on the bum...
You can admire the crusher next to where I am standing, which was in a quarry
but which has been abandonned since a few years. This was part of my christmas
holiday in Sarthe (near Normandie) to photograph all the winter collection
:-) Fortunatly it was sunny!
