Glaçon perlé

I had got this fabric a long time ago, and wanted to make a beautiful skirt out of it. When I saw the fabric, I could imagine the shape which would fit it so well...a thick synthetic fabric, very rigid and shinny.
The skirt has wire at the bottom, to give it a bell shape, and is decorated with clattering shinny silver beads strings.
The top opens on the side of the shoulder, fitted but the back is flowing.
Lovely and odd! The skirt is lined with thin cotton for comfortability.
